Expressing feelings is an important life skill we all need to learn and is at the heart of emotional wellbeing. However, sometimes we can’t find the right words to describe feelings.

Stones …have feelings too! is a 52 card resource and 43 page information booklet that helps people discuss feelings in a fun and engaging way.

Each card features a delightful stone character displaying a different expression. On the back of the card are three possible words to describe the stone’s feeling, allowing participants to interpret the emotion.

The playful illustrations of rocks include happy, sad, silly, shy, joyful and more, making this set accessible for all, and particularly accessible for young children.

Counsellors, teachers, therapists, social workers and anyone who works with young people and children will benefit from this resource.
